Opportunity International

Opportunity International provides microfinance - small loans, savings, insurance and training in basic business practices - to over two million people living in poverty in the developing world. Clients in more than 20 countries can use these services to expand a business, provide for their families, create jobs for their neighbours and build a safety net for the future.

Ghana Youth Apprenticeship Programme

We have chosen to focus our support on Opportunity International's Youth Apprenticeship Programme which offers life-changing opportunities to disadvantaged young people in Ghana.

This two year work-based programme is designed to provide an on-the-job apprenticeship for young people with an experienced mentor, equipping them with a trade and valuable skills for a brighter, self reliant future.
