Channel 3 worked with a London Mental Health Trust to support
the Trust in procuring a new IT outsourcing solution which allows
their staff to work more flexibly and efficiently; enabling them to
divert healthcare provision out of hospitals and into the
community.
Channel 3 managed the outsource of IT services to a major
supplier who will provide the Trust with a fully managed desktop,
including application hosting, network management, data centre
services and remote support services.
Going forward this project will enable the Trust to continue to
increase quality of patient care; moving the point of care out of
the Trust's premises and into the community, which will also
delivering estates and financial savings.
